If you attended my conference session, I invite you to use my presentation materials with your school and district colleagues.  Use the PowerPoint presentation to make a case for creating a PLC wiki.  Then, use the planning map to design the initial iteration of your team wiki.  (The wiki will evolve over time to suit your needs, so don't worry too much about designing the perfect team site during your early meetings.)  When you're ready to make it happen, use the step by step instructions and the links to PB works video tutorials to create your cyber meeting space.
